Kate Hoffman is the ESOL/Migrant Coordinator for the Manatee County School District. She has been teaching and serving ESOL and Migrant students for almost 20 years in Florida. Minnie Cardona is leader of a strong team of ELL advocates. Bea Palls is a National Educational Consultant for ESOL and World Languages. A voice of leadership and clarity, she has dedicated her career to developing greater possibilities for English Language Learners and ther teachers. Both through curriculum development and educator training, her efforts have helped many school districts and private institutes to foster an environment of achievement and professionalism on behalf of all learners. Brenda Trimble, Board Member
Brenda Trimble, Supervisor of English For Speakers of Other Languages Program in Duval County, has been involved in leadership activities at the local, state, and national level. She has served as a national consultant on teacher training, primarily in western states. She has served on Assessment Item Analysis Panels for cultural bias, at both the state and national levels. Program development has included critical dual-language and critical foreign languages.
